About YILD
We're a Copenhagen-based, design-driven fintech start-up building software that makes RMS-style income investing operational — turning a proven methodology into clear,
auditable workflows investors can follow consistently.
YILD is venture-backed, reflecting institutional confidence
in our execution-first approach.
Founded in 2025, YILD sits at the intersection of real investor pain and modern infrastructure: high complexity, abundant broker data, manual tracking, and decision fatigue — especially for income portfolios with many moving parts.
We translate Selengut-inspired RMS routines into a guided execution layer — clarifying what to do next, why it matters, and what has changed since the last review — so disciplined execution replaces manual spreadsheets.
We're intentionally scoped as execution support: read-only portfolio visibility, cashflow awareness, rule-based prompts, and reconciliation. No custody, no discretionary management,
and no automated trading.
Our Vision
Financial Independence, Retire Early becomes real when cashflow becomes reliable. The IFRI approach offers a practical path — diversified income combined with disciplined portfolio management — yet the day-to-day execution remains surprisingly manual.
Our ambition is to use technology to ignite FIRE — not as an aspiration, but as an achievable reality for the Income-Focused Retirement Investor.
We make the methodology easy to execute end-to-end: capturing holdings, normalising positions, computing relevant signals, and presenting the next relevant action with clear context — so disciplined, income-focused investing can be applied consistently.
